Fermin is Chief Legal Officer | Head of Business Affairs. In this position, Fermin oversees all business and legal matters related to Industrial Media and its content business across the company’s growing number of productions, divisions, partnerships and ventures. Before joining Industrial Media, Fermin served as Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Development as well as Legal/S&P Operations at Twentieth Television. In this role, Fermin oversaw all business, legal and standards and practices operations at the company. She also served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Fox Broadcasting Company, handling all business affairs for the network’s reality programming. While there, Fermin negotiated Fox’s launch deal for AMERICAN IDOL (an Industrial Media asset). She further served as Vice President of Legal Affairs in Fox’s litigation group, as well as a litigation Associate Attorney at Rosenfeld Meyer & Susman and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Fermin graduated from the Hastings College of the Law at the University of California, San Francisco with a Juris Doctor.
